Fostering confidence, resilience, and self-sufficiency through innovative training in a supportive, adaptive environment.
The Center for Practical Resilience (CPR) empowers veterans, first responders, and adults with ADHD or PTSD through structured, hands-on training that restores focus, confidence, and self-reliance. Our programs integrate physical skills, tactical education, and personal growth in an environment designed for healing through mastery and movement.
Every course, challenge, and shared experience builds not only competence but community. Participants learn to replace anxiety with structure, self-doubt with accomplishment, and isolation with belonging.
The Center for Practical Resilience is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adults with ADHD and/or PTSD find purpose, stability, and confidence through structured, skill-based education. The Center bridges the gap between therapy and training—offering participants the chance to rebuild focus and resilience through guided action.
